You can engage the service of each of the four officers, who have their own unique capabilities to assist you in establishing your empire. You have to engage their expertise at the right time and speed is very crucial in this game, as your competitors will be linking up their services using routes you would never thought of. Short and simple enough for friends who prefer games that are easy-on-my-mind. =)
