Qn 1: How do I collect and return the games?

No worries! RAG will contact you within 24 hours when you make your booking to confirm the games availability and timing. RAG will deliver and collect the games from you at no additional charge. Please refer to Rental Price for terms and conditions to note.

Qn 2: What happens if RAG and I are unable to arrange to collect and return the games within the stipulated rental period?

RAG will arrange a delivery and collection time upon finalizing the booking. As long as this is not due to a delay on the part of the gamer, no additional charge will be levied on the gamer.

Qn 3: I can’t find the games that I’m interested in. Would you bring it in?

We welcome all feedback and suggestions, including request for new games. We will try our best to bring in the games that are frequently requested by the gamers.

Qn 4: How long in advance am I supposed to make my booking with RAG?

To avoid disappointment (your favorite games are not available), it would be advisable to book with RAG a week in advance especially for weekends and public holidays.

Qn 5: What happens if I lose one of the game components (e.g. token, chips, cards)?

We seek your understanding that all original game sets do not come with surplus parts/ components. In the event that any components are lost, the gamer will be required to purchase the particular board game at retail price less 10% discount. To avoid any disputes/ misunderstanding, RAG and the gamer will conduct an inventory of all the games components at point of handover (delivery and return).

Qn 6: Help! I don’t understand how the game is played.

For complicated board games, we are currently compiling a simplified games manual that will be included in the board games. It is advisable that a game master is appointed prior to your board game session to read through and understand the game and be responsible for teaching the games to the group.For bookings in excess of $100, we will arrange to have a 30mins tutorial session if required at no additional charges.

Qn 7: I’ve not tried the games before. How should I choose the games?

Please refer to Games Available. Under each game, you can check out the games summary and our review of the games. A piece of advice: If you have a big group or several newbies to board games, it will be advisable to choose some short and simple games. Nevertheless, rest assured that all the games are well selected and RAG only share games that are fun.
